It is a brand new year and this year I vow to arrive at my aspiration of finally shedding twenty pounds. My girlfriend and myself both made a decision to get fit following the holiday season therefore we're helping each other by dieting and exercising alongside one another. Perhaps this blog will function as a record to help keep tabs on our progress.

I've chosen to try out something totally new to discover just what results I receive and midway through January I have already dropped 6 pounds. I thought we would experiment with a cranberry juice detox diet mostly due to the fact My partner and I wished to drop a few pounds but largely because I felt that I was eating plus drinking way too many things which are harmful to my overall health during the holiday season. The diet plan did wonders however I had been hungry for the initial 2 days.

With regards to activity I am participating in a lot of hot yoga classes and going swimming since it does not put any stress on my back. During weekends the better half and I make an effort to go mountain climbing at least one time. The other day the two of us hiked Koko Head which is quiet difficult however I enjoy it mainly because when you arrive at the very top you have gorgeous vistas of Hanauma Bay and a lot of the island.
